“I am completely sickened, appalled and disgusted at the actions of the former officers shown in the video released tonight from Memphis.
Every BHPD officer takes an oath to protect human life while treating all with dignity and respect. This is a horrific violation of that pledge and of the public's trust. It does not reflect the values of our women and men in blue who protect and serve our community each and every day.
