Love Local in Downtown Culver City on Sunday, September 25th

Fall in Love (Local) this Sunday, September 25th from 1 PM - 4 PM.   We'll have music, family fun and more! Crafts, face painting, Historical Society tours, free raffle for $50 gift cards to The Auld Fella, free drinks at Village Well and other specials throughout the afternoon! Come early for Jams with Emma at Village Well and brunch at one of our amazing restaurants!

Multi-genre music from local songwriter and musician

2:30 ~ Kicking Giants

Three-piece pop/classic rock band playing crowd favorites

 

 

Downtown Happenings and Specials

Main Street Activation

Enjoy al fresco seating perfect to enjoy a coffee, tea or latte or enjoy crafts crafts presented by Walk & Rollers and face painting for kids

Culver City Walk & Rollers will be hosting a Mobility Creation Station with safety and mobility-themed arts and crafts activities. Kids can make custom badges, race plates for their bikes and scooters, decorate their bike helmets and work on activity pages. The Culver City Walk & Rollers connects with all our CCUSD schools to encourage families to rethink their commutes and drive less. Ever wonder about the history behind the buildings in Downtown Culver City?  Join the Culver City Historical Society for a brief Historical Buildings and sites tour at 2 PM!  To reserve your spot, please email elaine.warner@culvercity.org

 

Arriving to the Downtown Culver City

Consider taking the bus or using other mobility options to attend the event including the City’s new Circulator that connects Downtown to the Culver City Expo Station! Culver CityBus line 1 will also bring you to the festivities! Plan your trip by calling (310) 253-6500, visiting the Culver CityBus website, or using the Next CCBus app that provides real time bus locations, trip planning and bus occupancy levels. Please avoid parking in the residential neighborhood.

Upcoming "Love Local" Events

As part of the #ChooseCulverCity campaign, City of Culver City is spotlighting local musicians to enhance economic recovery efforts, enrich commercial corridors, and support neighborhood businesses.  Save the date for our next event happening on Saturday, October 15, 2022 on West Washington Boulevard (between Centinela Avenue and Wade Street) for a spooky Halloween themed afternoon.
