Yeshiva Maccabees edge Bates Bobcats 71-69 in NCAA Division III tournament opener

Yishai Rosenblatt, a former Yula Boys High School player, helped his current college team, the Yeshiva Maccabees, secure a 71-69 victory over the Bates Bobcats on Friday, March 6, in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The contest, which tipped off at 1 p.m., was the Maccabees’ first-ever tournament game against the Bates Bobcats and took place at Panzer Athletic Center.

The Yeshiva Maccabees are scheduled for their next game on Saturday, March 7, at 9 a.m. in the same venue.
