UCLA Women’s Basketball has announced a home-and-home series with the Tennessee Lady Volunteers, starting in the 2025-26 season. The Bruins will host the Lady Vols at Pauley Pavilion on November 30, 2025, followed by a trip to Knoxville in 2026.
This marks the second consecutive year UCLA will face an SEC opponent in November. Last season, UCLA defeated then-No. 1 South Carolina before a sold-out crowd during their historic campaign.
The Bruins’ non-conference schedule for Division I women’s basketball is expected to be challenging. They have already scheduled a game against Texas at the inaugural Players Era Women’s Championship in Las Vegas next Thanksgiving. Depending on earlier results, they may also play Duke or South Carolina, both of which reached the 2025 Women’s Final Four.
The upcoming visit to Knoxville will be UCLA’s first since the 2009-10 season when they last played at Thompson-Boling Arena.
Returning season ticket members have until July 23 to renew their packages. Renewing tickets is recommended to secure seats and potentially upgrade them based on availability.
Historically, UCLA holds a record of 3-18 against Tennessee but has won two consecutive games under Coach Cori Close at neutral sites. In their most recent meeting at the Battle 4 Atlantis in The Bahamas, UCLA matched a program record by making sixteen three-pointers and held Tennessee to just sixty-three points.
New fans can reserve spots inside Pauley Pavilion for the upcoming season by placing deposits for new season tickets. This will allow them early access to select seats before general sales begin.
