UCLA Women’s Basketball has announced its non-conference schedule for the 2025-26 season, according to an announcement from head coach Cori Close. The team will begin its campaign in Anaheim, California, facing San Diego State at the Honda Center on November 3. This matchup marks the 32nd meeting between the two programs, with UCLA holding a 25-6 record against San Diego State.

The Bruins’ home opener is set for November 6 against UC Santa Barbara at Pauley Pavilion. UCLA last hosted UCSB in December 2020 and currently leads their all-time series 16-2.

On November 10, UCLA will travel to Sacramento to play Oklahoma at the Golden 1 Center before heading to Las Vegas for the WBCA Challenge. In Las Vegas, the Bruins are scheduled to play North Carolina and South Florida.

A rematch with Southern University is scheduled for November 23 in Westwood. Last season, UCLA defeated Southern as part of their run to the Final Four in the NCAA tournament.

During Thanksgiving weekend, UCLA will return to Las Vegas for the inaugural Players Era Women’s Championship. The Bruins will open against Texas on November 26; South Carolina and Duke will compete in the other semifinal game. Winners of these games will meet in the championship match on November 27.

“As a program striving to consistently compete at a championship level, it’s essential to measure ourselves against the best,” said Close. “We’re excited for a potential rematch with South Carolina and the opportunity to compete against other exceptional programs at the Player’s Era Women’s Championship. This will be the premier out of conference tournament with a national audience to boot.  It is a great honor to be included in this elite event.”

Tennessee is scheduled to visit Los Angeles on November 30 as part of a new home-and-home series beginning this season. Last year, UCLA hosted then-No.1 South Carolina during their successful campaign and has won its last two games against Tennessee under Coach Close despite trailing historically in that matchup.

Additional non-conference home games include Cal Poly on December 16 and Long Beach State on December 20 before Pac-12 play begins.

Details regarding game times and television broadcasts are available on the official schedule page.
