UCLA’s head coach DeShaun Foster, along with student-athletes Garrett DiGiorgio, Nico Iamaleava, and JonJon Vaughns, will represent the UCLA football program at the 2025 Big Ten Football Media Days in Las Vegas on Thursday, July 24.
The event will be covered for all three days by the Big Ten Network and FOX Sports app. Head coach press conferences are set to start at 11:30 a.m. (PT) each day. Foster is scheduled to conduct his press conference on Thursday at noon (PT).
Head coaches and selected student-athletes from all 18 football programs will participate in 15-minute live interviews on the Big Ten Network set. The interviews for DiGiorgio, Iamaleava, and Vaughns are planned for Thursday from 3:30-3:45 p.m. (PT), followed by Foster’s appearance. UCLA will wrap up its media day activities with breakout podium interview sessions from 4-5 p.m. (PT).
Apart from the live BTN studio set and podium interviews, Foster and the student-athletes will engage in various stations including radio interviews, photoshoots, social media opportunities, and taping videos for use during the football season by the conference’s national broadcast partners.

Foster started as head coach by leading UCLA through its first season in the Big Ten in 2024. The Bruins achieved their first-ever Big Ten win at Rutgers which led to a three-game winning streak including victories against Nebraska and Iowa. UCLA ended the year with a record of 5-7.
UCLA is set to open its 2025 season at home in Pasadena against Utah on August 30 at The Rose Bowl.
The schedule for the 2025 Big Ten Media Days includes different teams each day:
Tuesday, July 22: Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Nebraska, Ohio State and Rutgers
Wednesday, July 23: Minnesota, Northwestern, Oregon, Penn State, Washington and Wisconsin
Thursday, July 24: Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue, UCLA and USC
