Black Lives Matter contributions made by Los Angeles County organizations

By March 22, 17 organizations registered within Los Angeles County had donated to the Black Lives Matter movement, according to the BLM Funding Database.

$34,660,000 was donated or pledged by these companies between 2020 and the present date.

Bad Robot Productions pledged the highest donation among area organizations and businesses, claiming to commit $10,100,000 to the Black Lives Matter movement.

Of the 17 organizations which pledged to donate to Black Lives Matter in recent years, five of them were confirmed to have fulfilled their pledge and actually donated the amount of money they said they would. It's unclear or unknown if the other organizations followed through with their pledges.

TikTok$4,000,000Pledged $3M to nonprofits supporting the black community, which according to TikTok has been disproportionately affected by the pandemic. Pledged an additional $1M to organizations fighting the racial injustice and inequality, including the Center for Policing Equity.
Activision Blizzard, Inc.$3,000,000Pledged $3M across the UNCF, Equal Justice Initiative, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Set goal to raise over $4M for these organizations.
Anastasia Beverly Hills$1,000,000$1M pledged to groups including BLM, The Innocence Project, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Black Visions Collective, and the Marshall Project. $100k donated as of 2022.
Fashion Nova, Inc.$1,000,000$1M across BLM, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Know Your Rights Camp.
Scopely, Inc$1,000,000Pledged $1M across BLM, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and the Equal Justice Initiative.
Dollar Shave Club$125,000Dollar Shave Club pledged $100k to "Black Lives Matter" plus an additional $25k in employee charitable gift matching.
