City of Culver recently issued the following announcement
Event: 2nd Visual Arts competition for young performers “Colibri”

Description: Event co-sponsored by the City of West Hollywood and the City of West Hollywood’s Russian Advisory Board.
Participants from 6 to 18 years of age will display their works in the following techniques: painting, graphics, computer graphics, DPI (arts and crafts).
Finalists will be announced on Thursday, December 31, 2020
