On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Windward School standout Wes Burton’s current college team, the Tulane Green Wave, won 10-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Loyola Marymount Lions.
The game took place at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.
The Green Wave’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field against Nicholls State Colonels.
