Former Windward School standout Olivia Lagao contributed to the NYU Violets’ 72-47 victory over the UW La Crosse Eagles in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 14.
The matchup, held at John A. Paulson Center at 7:30 p.m., marked the teams’ first meeting in the tournament.
The Violets are set to play their next game on Thursday, March 19, at 7:30 p.m. at Cregger Center.
