On Saturday, March 7, Olivia Lagao, a former Windward School standout, helped lead her current team, the NYU Violets, to a 70-47 victory over the Messiah Falcons in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which began at 7:45 p.m., was their first against the Messiah Falcons in this year’s tournament and took place at John A. Paulson Center.
The NYU Violets are set for their next game on Friday, March 13 at 6:30 p.m., again at John A. Paulson Center.
