Jackson Klein and Manhattan Jaspers fall 4-3 to Fairfield Stags in NCAA Division I baseball matchup

On Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m., Manhattan Jaspers featuring former Santa Monica High School standout Jackson Klein were defeated 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game by the Fairfield Stags.

The matchup was played at Don ’63 and Chris ’88 Cook Field and marked the teams’ second meeting this season. When they faced off on Friday, March 13, the Jaspers fell 11-2 to Fairfield.

Klein pitched 3.2 innings, logging one walk as well as four strikeouts.

The Jaspers are set to play their next game against Fairfield Stags on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m. at Don ’63 and Chris ’88 Cook Field.
