Demonnie Lagway, a standout in basketball at Palisades Charter High School, took the court Tuesday, March 3, as the Southern Lady Jaguars narrowly dropped a 65-63 game to the Alabama State Lady Hornets.
The 5-10 senior guard posted 1 point and 1 steal in three minutes of play.
Lagway and Southern next travel for a matchup against the Alabama A&M Lady Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 5.
