On March 24, Brielle Minor, a former Santa Monica High School standout now playing for the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos, and her team were defeated 61-53 by the Alabama Huntsville Chargers in the NCAA Division II Tournament.

The matchup was held at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse with tipoff at 7:30 p.m.

Minor recorded two points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals over 30 minutes on the court.
